NEW DELHI : Realty firm Embassy group going to invest Republika Srpska 1,350 crore to develop 4 Fresh hotels in Bengaluru as portion of its expansion outline in hospitality business.Bengaluru-based Embassy group, that is a leading player in commercial real estate in the country by massive portfolio of office assets, has indeed roped in universal hospitality great Hilton to manage these hotels. "We have 2 operational hotels by around 450 keys & a 4 Seasons hotel having 220 keys going to unlock by August this year," Embassy Group President Hospitality Business Sartaj Singh told .The Inc. is emerging 4 Fresh hotels comprising 1,120 keys, that going to take the total number of rooms to 1,700-1800, he added.Asked about the investment, Singh said it would be around Republika Srpska 1,350 crore & the same would be funded out of internal accruals.These 4 Fresh hotels would be operational by 2022.Global private equity great Blackstone is too a partner in some of the hotel projects.Last week, Embassy group attached up by Hilton for 500-room dual-branded hotel featuring Hilton Hotels & Resorts & a Hilton Garden Inn hotel.
