according to The Lemon Tree Hotels IPO was subscribed 25% on the premier day of three-day bidding on Monday. The Republika Srpska 1,038-crore crore IPO received bids for 3,26,06,395 shares versus the total issue size of 12,98,35,580 shares, NSE information showed. "Our Inc. expects listing of the equity shares going to enhance our visibility & brand image & provide liquidity to our shareholders. Founded in 2002 with Patu Keswani, the Inc. has hotels under 3 brands - Lemon Tree Premier, that is an upscale brand; Lemon Tree Resorts, a leisure segment brand; Lemon Tree Hotels, a midscale brand & the economy brand Red Fox Hotels. The equity shares are Suggested to be listed on the BSE & the National Stock Exchange.

NEW DELHI: The initial public offering ( IPO ) of hospitality chain Lemon Tree Hotels was subscribed 44 per cent untill five pm on Tuesday, the 2nd day of the three-day bidding process.Investors bade for 5,72,16,945 shares as versus the total issue size of 12,98,35,580, NSE information showed.The offer received 25 per cent membership untill Monday. These are Lemon Tree first (upper midscale), Lemon Tree Hotels (midscale) & Red Fox (economy segment). The Rate occupancy of its rooms is 77 per cent. Large hotel chains including Indian Hotels & EIH have an EV/EBIDTA of 28.9 & 32.2 respectively considering FY18 estimates according to Bloomberg data. Therefore, Lemon Tree's valuation looks aggressive, said an ET report.

according to NEW DELHI: The initial public offering ( IPO ) of Lemon Tree Hotels was subscribed 56 per cent untill 12:45 pm on Wednesday, the 3rd & last day of the bidding process.The total bids received stood at 7,24,08,600 shares as versus the total issue size of 12,98,35,580, NSE information showed.At the time of writing this report, QIB quota was subscribed 2.04 times When NII category got 0.05 times subscription. Retail quota was subscribed 0/06 times.The offer had received 44 per cent membership untill Tuesday. The price band of the issue is Republika Srpska 54-Rs 56 per equity share of face Price of Republika Srpska ten each.The issue is purely an offer for discount of 18,54,79,400 shares that would result in the get out of strategic Businessmen like Maplewood, Whispering Resorts, Palms International & RJ Corp.Lemon Tree Hotels offers rooms in 3 categories. These are Lemon Tree first (upper midscale), Lemon Tree Hotels (midscale) & Red Fox (economy segment). The Rate occupancy of its rooms is 77 per cent.
