In 2017, we generated a 13.7% total return or 560 foundation points higher than our peer set. Given our dominant position on the island, our Hilton Hawaiian Village outperformed the market by 240 foundation points. These were, in many cases, obviously noncore assets, assets which were capital-intensive. And if you look this year, once more by the midpoint, we're looking at being drop 30 foundation points.
