PARIS (Reuters) - France's AccorHotels (ACCP.PA) has agreed to purchase Movenpick Hotels & Resorts for 560 mn Swiss francs (411.4 mn pounds) as CEO Sebastien Bazin pushes his expansion drive into developing markets.
