IHG in talks by Saudi Arabia to bring luxury hotels to Red Sea tourism project

Rotana plans 20 Saudi hotels with 2030, tells CEO
Capitalising on the opportunity is UAE's Rotana Hotels, that plans to unlock 20 hotels in the kingdom by 2030, as portion of the Saudi Vision 2030 plan. "We are opening & signing Fresh hotels there," Omer Kaddouri, President & CEO, Rotana Hotel Management, told Gulf break news in an interview on Sunday. The UAE market accounts for 60 per cent of Rotana Hotels' total revenues at present, by 40 per cent coming from other markets, Kaddouri said. Plans are afoot to unlock Rotana's premier hotel in Iran, by the finish of this year or beginning of next. The following market outside of the zone for Rotana can be India, as it plans to unlock 3 hotels there in the near future.
